This was the library that I went frequently during my childhood as it was the closest to my home. Like most other libraries in Hall County, the interior has been upgraded for a more modern look with panel flooring. The big magazine/newspaper reading area up front has been minimized with passport pictures/renewal options now available next to the entrance. Multiple study rooms and computers are available for patrons to use. While not the biggest library in the Hall County system, they still offer a good variety of books to browse through and host several events for kids and adults. Overall an excellent library!

The play group/story group was great. The only employee we saw...not so much. Walked out without closing doors or securing them with a room full of toddlers. And on top of that made ya feel like you were bothering them. The story time area was shut down after only 30 minutes of its posted opening time. Almost felt like a waste.

Lisa Arsenault was so polite she did such an awesome job helping me when I arrived on a busy Saturday morning. The service she gave me was A+ customer service. We waited about 30 min then Leah Caron helped me we were in and out within 45 minutes total. From waiting time, getting picture and all my passport stuff done. And the library is awesome my daughter found so many great books that she wanted to read. Thank you for great service.

My wife and I went to the location on October 11, Saturday morning for a passport, upon checking in, not knowing extra paperwork was to be filled out, we sat for 20 minutes then we were given the paperwork. After completing that we sat for a additional 45 minutes. The young lady processing the passports came out of the office and in a rude tone said did we check in again like I TOLD YOU. We got up and walked out extremely upset. After getting in our car a woman from behind the desk rushed outside to ask us what had happened. She then apologized and took my wife back inside and completed everything within 5 minutes. She saved the day. Huge kudos to her. However the other employee needs to be restrained on proper customer service work somewhere else. The 5 star is 100% to the employee that reeled us back.

So helpful and polite. The ladies did such an awesome job getting our passports done. After a horrible experience in Buford, we were done with both kids in less than 90 minutes. Thankful for good and helpful people
