I enjoy coming here because it's not far from my house it usually isn't crowded but that might change once school is out the staff is nice and there is security there that keeps an eye on things so that's always reassuring

No study rooms, but there is plenty of space. Often has a constant flow of elder men on the computers or table areas (on the weekends).

We are frequent patrons of the North Branch Library. We live in the community. We had to take time to acknowledge all of the exceptional staff. However, Ms. Vanessa Luellen & Mr. Johnnie Mosley are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to provide great Customer Service.
Their love and support for North Memphis is remarkable. They go the extra mile for anyone seeking assistance. They help students with research. They help job seekers with resumes. They help promote Community Engagement. All of this could not be possible without the dynamic leadership of the branch manager, Ms. Barbara Conard. -
Excellent support and guidance throughout. Completely satisfied with my experience.

This is my favorite location because I'm familiar with the employees and they are nice and caring ppl. The building isn't up to par but the service makes up for it times 10. Ask for Ms. Debra or Mr. Johnnie. You won't regret it.

They were Fast and Friendly. It's a shame that the out source is 100 percent better than the actual place.

Thank you for all that you do Mr. Mosley and Ms. Debra. Your caring and concern, for the children in the community is appreciated.
